We were so excited to get back to Daisy Lodge in July and it did not disappoint.
Usually the lodge is fully booked then so we rarely visit and boy, what a joy to see the park in all its summer glory. Everyone was enjoying the river - the canoeists, wild swimmers, paddle boarders, even a dog in a dinghy, with its owners of course! Not to mention the swans, geese, ducks and, of course, everyone just strolling along the riverbank soaking up the beauty. I have never seen so many wild flowers in bloom on the park. We had a great week getting Daisy Lodge spick and span again after the last few months so we are ready for you to come and visit.
